Riikee is a personal writing practice platform where you can set writing goals, compose drafts, and track your progress. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile/desktop apps, and related services (the "Service").

By using Riikee, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Riikee. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can legally use our Service.

3. Your Account

To use Riikee, you'll need to create an account. You can sign up using:

• Email and password
• Social login (Google, Facebook, Twitter)

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information and keeping it updated

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

4. Payment Terms

Riikee offers both free and Pro subscriptions. If you choose a Pro subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

5. Your Content and Ownership

You own everything you write on Riikee. We don't claim any ownership of your writing.

When you use our Service, you give us permission to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Process your content to provide features like goal tracking and statistics
• Create backups for service operation

This permission ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You can export your writing anytime:

• Free users: Export as TXT files
• Pro users: Export as TXT, PDF, Word, and other formats

We encourage you to regularly export and backup your important work.

Please don't:

• Use Riikee for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm our Service
• Reverse engineer our software
• Violate others' rights or privacy

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using Riikee, you agree to receive:

• Essential service emails (account notices, security alerts)
• Product updates (you can opt-out anytime)

When you use social login (Google, Facebook, Twitter), those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their practices.

We may:

• Stop using Riikee anytime
• Close your account anytime (remember: this immediately deletes all your data)

• Your content will never be lost (please keep backups!)
• The Service will meet all your needs

• We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We're not liable for lost data, profits, or revenue
• Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notification. Continuing to use Riikee after changes means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
